We believe that most elements of business are based on the number of staff you employ, why should your IT Support Agreement be any different.

How many of my devices will be covered per user?

The amount of devices supported is tailored to each package for example our basic package has support for 1 device whilst our premium package offer 5 devices. This allows you to better decide what package works for your business.

Can I control which users get support?

Yes you can. Simply let us know your named users so we can input into our industry leading ticketing system. Names that are not in our ticketing system will not be authorised, giving you ultimate control of who can and who can’t receive IT support.

What if I need out of hours support?

Our Enterprise package offers unlimited remote support from 08:30 — 22:30 Mon-Fri. however if you need more ad-hoc out of hours support we offer a Pay as You Go supplement service.
